The Carter and Moyers School of Education of Lincoln Memorial University is dedicated to preparing professional educators of distinction who embody the three core ideals of Values, Education, and Service in candidates who:
Demostrate the dispositions of the education profession. Articulate and demostrate the knowledge base of moral, social and political dimesions, whic will impact individual students, schools, districts, and communities for the enrichment of societ.
Demonstrate the teaching skills and learning strategies acquired through rigorous academic studies and active engagement in real life classroom experiences while involved in field and clinical placement in partner P-12 Schools. Promote lifelong learning through continued professional development and scholarship.
Assist in meeting the educational needs of a global society, especially the underserved. Articulate an understanding that all students can learn as well as demonstrate the dispositions to serve and teach diverse student populations.

Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) and Wytheville Community College (WCC) sign a memorandum of understanding to provide graduates of WCC with a direct path to admittance in LMU undergraduate programs.

LMU School of Mathematics and Sciences Hosting STEM Camp
The Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) School of Mathematics and Sciences will host a summer learning experience for students rising in grades one through 12 during its upcoming STEM Camp. The camp, held July 10-14, will offer participating students activities in the STEM fields – science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The activities will be led by undergraduate, graduate and professional school faculty.

Lincoln Memorial University Announces Spring 2023 Dean's List
Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) has announced the Dean’s List for the spring semester of 2023. Over 510 undergraduate students earned recognition for high academic honors. To be placed on the Dean’s List, the student must be a full-time undergraduate and have a 3.5 or higher grade-point-average for the semester.
